Come and enjoy this full-day cooking class on every second Sunday of the month, where instead of doing the market tour,you will start the class with a fantastic cheese and wine tasting at the award winning Cave à Fromage shop in Portobello Market.
Meet Charlotte and Claire at this wonderful cheese shop to try a selection of fantastic cheeses with two matching wines before heading through Portobello back to their bright and airy Notting Hill abode, where a delicious pre-selected menu of dishes will be waiting to be prepared. .
Once settled in with a glass of prosecco, you will create a feast of Italian dishes that use a few well-chosen ingredients, cooked with simplicity and brought to the table with gusto, all whilst enjoying wine and chit-chat around the kitchen island. Be prepared to cook a selection of up to 7 antipasti dishes, such as their traditional meatballs, stuffed squid with ricotta, a Mediterranean tuna tartar and much more. This will then be followed by a seasonal pasta or risotto dish, and for the finale, a Tiramisu for dessert.
All in all you might be preparing up to 10 dishes, but don’t worry, there’s no need to try and remember everything or make notes, as electronic recipe cards are provided after the course.
