You will meet at Portobello Road market, which is a vibrant and bustling mélange of stalls selling food produce from all over the world. You will be shown how to select the best quality ingredients in order to create dishes together, taking inspiration from what is fresh and seasonal at the market that day.
Carrying bags bursting with fresh produce and herbs, it’s time to head back to their bright and airy Notting Hill abode. As you gather round in the homely kitchen, the goodies you brought from Portobello market will be unpacked and the cooking will begin. Once settled in with a glass of Prosecco, you will create a feast of Italian dishes that use a few well-chosen ingredients and are cooked with simplicity and brought to the table with gusto, all whilst enjoying wine and chit-chat.
