This cooking class is perfect for larger corporate groups where we aim to create the same lively and sociable atmosphere we love in traditional wine bars found in Venice.
The cooking class is built around the concept of Cicchetti which are Venetian Tapas eaten whilst enjoying a glass of wine or a spritz in a Venetian wine bar. Cicchetti is a wonderfully delicious and creative food concept now famous all over the world.
Upon arrival clients will be introduced to Cicchetti and after having had the first glass of Prosecco to get the creativity and taste buds going, guests will create their own Cicchetti using a huge variety of ingredients from fresh prawns to roasted vegetables, Venetian salamis, Meatballs and much more. Together we will then cook a seasonal pasta or risotto dish, followed by the finale of a Tiramisu for dessert.
This is a great sociable class where guests have the freedom to wander around and interact with each other in a warm and welcoming environment all whilst preparing delicious food.
