We host a three-hour cooking class once a month with Chef Luca Toni. “Discover Emilia Romagna” will indeed tickle your palate as we prepare delicate Antipasti, Melanzane all Parmigiana, fresh homemade Tortelli, Tagliatelle and Gnocchi. What’s more, you will learn to match your favourite pasta with succulent sauces.
Lastly, the best South African, Italian style wines will accompany each of your treats.
Pizza Making Course – coming soon
A hands-on, family-friendly class perfect for all ages! Chef Luca will guide you in detail through the secrets of pizza dough making. You can practice how to prepare it from scratch, while understanding techniques and special tips of the food art recognized by UNESCO.
Once your dough is smooth and raising, you will then choose your favourite toppings to prepare a traditional pizza the Italian way.
